Sessions will look different depending on the person, but can include strength training, bodyweight work, aerobic training, mobility, or a mix of everything.
I also have a background in Muay Thai and boxing, so if you want to let off some steam on the pads, that’s always an option!

Yes. I offer realistic and practical nutrition guidance to support you. This can be different for each client. This can involve anything from calorie tracking to us creating your own meal plan to try out.

For online coaching, there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
For in-person training, sessions are purchased in blocks and used at your own pace. There’s no ongoing commitment beyond the sessions you’ve booked.

Having dealt with a long list of injuries myself, I know first hand how feeling physically held back can affect your mental health. That experience shapes how I coach.
My approach is simple and realistic. Training is built around where you’re at right now, with a focus on building strength and fitness steadily, without pushing through pain, following fads, or chasing quick fixes.
If you want to get back to doing the things you enjoy, whether that’s sport, outdoor adventures, playing with your kids, or simply staying active long-term - this approach is likely a good fit.
