Starting Your journey
Step 1: Movement Assessment
We’ll sit down and have a chat about your goals, injury history, goals and lifestyle. Then we’ll do some basic everyday movements to assess your strengths and weaknesses.
Step 2: Custom training Program
Next', I’ll build you a simple and realistic training program that will help you achieve your goals. Each week, I’ll ask for feedback and make any changes needed.
Step 3: Lifestyle & Accountability
Your habits outside the gym are just as important. We can focus on diet, sleep, recovery or healthy habits to improve your mental health.
"I was initially concerned that an ongoing knee injury would stop me from training completely. Kris built a tailored, joint-friendly strength program around my exact physical limits, allowing me to build real strength without placing any strain on my knee. I now have total confidence training in the gym independently, completely free from the fear of re-injuring myself."
